Wow, I’m impressed. I’m a designer/remodeler. You had vision and you did a lovely job. I actually think you just nailed that wallpaper in the guest bath. It made it such a wow bath. Looks like a magazine.
You can really see the love you’ve put into your home. I am a big fan of gallery walls - they add so much character. I’ve seen some people do some amazing things with billy bookcases from ikea to create “built-in” bookshelves. Can’t go wrong with hobby lobby decor. ❤️

Love the old dresser in your master. I would snag a couple of garage sale nightstands and paint them to go with the dresser. Good storage ideas. Since older houses don’t have a lot of storage, an antique armoire would be perfect in your doggie room. Very welcoming guest room. Great half bath. It’s pretty. You d9d a great job and I actually like the vintage vanity with the stunning wallpaper. Wow. Great job on that room. Seriously, so nice.
Your home is so cozy, warm and inviting. The way you inserted your home decor in the little nooks and on walls is 👍🏼. Our layout is similar so it gave me some ideas lol.

The choice of colors, tiles, and storage pieces are gorgeous. Looks like it was a lot of hard work but totally worth it.

In March we are going into a 1300 sq ft house. I'm nervous... Lol... Down sizing is always hard.

Check with your local realtor for the words used to describe houses of various sizes. There is no uniform definition, just generalities. Most seem to agree that 400 sq. ft. and smaller is tiny. From 400 to 600 seems to be a gray area. Then from 700 to 1,100 is "small." From 1,200 to 2,500 doesn't usually seem to have a size designation. From 2,600 to ~ 4,000 is generally considered big. Between 4,000 to 5,000 is another gray area and depends on what is common in the neighborhood. 5,000+ is large. Beyond 6,000 are the trophy properties, mini resorts, mansions, private hotels, etc. While it is true that there are many areas in the world where 1,000 sq. ft. is common, that just makes them popular, not big.
