There is nothing wrong with Ange's approach. The players need to take greater responsibility and do the simple things right.
Chris - one of your best Podcast chats by far - some great content offered by your guests so thanks to them too. Intelligent comment based upon considered, structured opinion = great show. More of 'independent' Ally and Sean, they even make Craig raise his game! (LOL but even Craig looked like he enjoyed the debate!)

Agree with your point about us slowing down near the opposition penalty box when we should be speeding up.
100% with Craig on Eze and Olise-I'd also like McGinn to give us a bit of muscle in midfield, shame about Timo, he really tried but we need players who don't misfire so often-it was good to be reminded just how important it is to have a player who can put in great crosses, he brought us that but our forwards weren't used to it so rarely in position to capitalise.
Poch did not "betray" us by going to Chelsea, that's daft.

Goalkeeper needs to command his area, and Romero needs to be Captain.
Some tremendous guests with very astute opinions in this episode, Chris, so thanks for that.
In terms of my own opinion to do with Bergvall and Gallagher and the number 6 position. Bergvall isn't made for that position, he most certainly needs to be used in an attacking way as possible He most certainly could increase our penalty claims 10 fold with his positive running at opposition alone and has aneyd for a pass too. In fact, I'm sure he could even be used more in the Kulu style than a number 6. As for Gallagher, he certainly could play that role, and when he was on loan at Charlton, I could certainly see what Ange likes about him. As we already have Bergvall, my main desire would be to have another striker. If Kane had been in our team this season alone, We would definitely have Champions League tied up already and potentially even be in the title race. Clinical finishing alone, even with the obvious deficiency at set pieces that we have shown, would have made up the difference with goals scored.
The ref decided the result against arse let's hope we get better luck and the revenge due!!!

I honestly don't understand all the negatively he's only been here for 10 months for goodness sake, all the teams above us have been at their teams longer, it's taken them years to get where they are at the moment, I can remember Spurs above Liverpool and Arsole and some of our players have suffered a lack of form like Maddison,Bassousma,and others all at the same time.

Ange knows who the dead wood are, he said today he knew what to do in the summer a while back and nothing has changed.
We have not had enough games it's been stop start players injured, lost players for African & Asian cups, need a striker in the summer.

I’m sorry, qualifying for the champions is literally a ticket to the raffle, it’s not a prize.
If they win the title because of our win, that goes down in history, they’ll always remember that and so will we and we won’t remember or care that we got champions league for one season. I never want to help them out in order to win the league, never ever
Ange ball is a long process as has been said the players have gone from running 6km a match to 10kms a match. It will take time to get to that fitness level. They need time to get the miles into their legs. How long will it be when all things click and we score a heap of goals and romp it in. Then the nay sayers will disappear. Belief in the game plan takes time by all players. To use a race horse analogy we need to get to a stayers form and things will happen. It is not what you do on the track but who goes past the finishing post first. COYs.

I often listen to Spurs youtube podcasts falling asleep, and when one of yours starts it always wakes me up!!
I have to disagree that we're seeing progression. Since the first 10 games, the football has gradually gotten worse. Played the least amount of games as all the other PL teams, one would think we'd be fresher and end the season strong. We could easily lose the next 2 games, which would be 4 losses in a row, then lose the City game. That's potentially 5 losses in the last 7? Imagine starting next season in similar form? I'll remind you that most of our players will be at either the Euros or Copa America. Spurs could easily get off to a bad start and Ange will be on the hot seat by December.
We could win the next two games. We could beat City. That could be 5 wins in the last 7. Imagine starting the season like that. Who knows? You could be right or could be wrong.
At the start of the season not many thought we would be sitting 5th now. Progression? Yes, we are not playing as well as we were in the first 10 games, but we finished 8th last year. Surely that’s the progression we are looking for. 4th/5th or maybe 6th this season, then progression next season.

Thanks for asking. I wasn’t feeling very positive during the game and immediately afterwards, plus I was feeling very grumpy as I was watching the game live at 4.30am. Like every Spurs supporter I was very disappointed with the performance, but I still believe, that’s not saying I’m right and you’re wrong, time will tell. COYS.
