I actually made this today! I don't have a cast iron pan, but I just crisped up the tortilla a little in a regular pan and then switched to a pizza tray for the oven. Turned out pretty damn good I will say! I just wanted to have something different--- absolutely sick of frozen pizzas. Thanks Tyler. Even had a beer here for the true food reviewer experience.
Hey Tyler! Try the carb balance mission tortillas next time, they are fewer calories and taste the exact same! Way better than Emma's pizza, I hate the popcorn before the pizza thing. Ever have Fellini's pizza in Providence/Warwick? Great for a cheat day haha

ITS A BUY!!! Thanks for bringing back beer and pizza! I’ve been making pizzas like this with Mr. Tortilla brand there’s 1g carb and only 15 calories for the taco sized ones they taste good too! I crisp em up in a pan on both sides then put the topping on. Then put em in the oven. Also used to drink lots of ipas but been going lite beers to trim down a bit! Hope to see another review or cooking with Tyler especially pizzas themes soon!
