Is it just me or does it feel like Lane never has anything helpful to say when her and Rory have their girl talks? I love Jess too and I thought him and Rory were really cute together, but I can’t deny that their relationship was not the healthiest. The whole reason Jess and Rory didn’t work out was because of his unpredictable behavior. He abandoned her and then just shows up out of the blue to profess his love and asks to run away together. This is romantic yes, but it also shows a lack of concern for Rory’s feelings. It’s not fair of him to pop into her life whenever he wants then expect her to fall into his arms because he thinks he’s making a grand gesture. It’s good that Rory is already aware of these bad traits, but can Lane put down the chips and stop smiling at this romantic foolishness. I know they’re still teenagers and haven’t fully matured yet but it would be nice to see Lane actually give a serious comment for once. She did the same thing when Rory came to talk to her about sleeping with Dean. Rory tells he that she just slept with a married man and Lane just smiles, shrugs and is like “well Dean loves you” completely overlooking the huge dilemma and providing no help for Rory’s conflicting thoughts.
When they were younger, Lane tended to live vicariously through Rory because of her restrictive mother. That pattern just continued into their adulthood.
Why didn't Lindsay appear in this episode? The Dragonfly Inn hosted a couples' weekend stay and Dean should have brought Lindsay with him instead of showing up alone to hit on Rory. The construction worker interrupting Rory and Dean's kiss is a sign at how wrong this was
well the previous episode Rory did have a fight with Dean on why he was dropping out of college and Dean did say he needed extra cash to save for that townhouse so i'm just speculating here but i think they didn't go because they would have had to pay to stay at the Inn
This conversation would have gone differently. When he said you asked me to leave too I would have said well I needed to talk to him alone and you needed to get home to Lindsey.
I am glad she mentioned she blow it with Dean, that she didn’t appreciate him... she was a complete jerk with him, for who?.. Jess?.. a guy who was not dependable, and would flake?
This episode is one of my favorites and also one of my least favorites. Favorite: because Luke and Lorelai's first kiss least favorite: because Rory and Dean slept together
Why did Rory left Him ??? Why Rory using him for her benefits?? Why Rory acting like nothing happened?? Did she forgot that she cheated Dean with jess??? Dean deserves better ..not this woman like Rory who can't take relationships seriously...Dean is also a human being just like her

A girl who keeps cheating on her bfs ....actually should be
Bcz she is just so into her own self that she just cant see beyond it .
She dumped dean and only when she was ditched by jess did she realize suddenly that a married dean was great . Bcz he wasnt available anymore. She ignored him when she got logan bcz suddenly logan was the guy for her with his trust fund and fancy college degree and a dad with connections . So she bails on her friend Marty . She then goes off to meet jess on breaking up with logan .
Who are you kidding? She lives a life full of insecurities just like her mom and she tries to compensate her professional failures with her bf escapades. Such a girl needs to be shown whats she doing with her life and jess did it
EXACTLY! It kills me That the fandom Loves Jess so much! It makes zero sense!
Agreed💯💯💯
I prefer Paris & Rory’s friendship
Jess was wrong for her at a party he wanted to have sex she didn't and he got mad. And he always bails on her when he is angry.
@@meghnaelizabeth8293 she knows how selfish rory is and doesn't want to risk losing her friendship
When they were younger, Lane tended to live vicariously through Rory because of her restrictive mother. That pattern just continued into their adulthood.
Did anyone notice that at 4:30 there was someone peeking fro the widow.. I wonder who could that be..
Hahahah that was creepy
I was thinking maybe Kirk but then nope cuz this guy had a blue shirt
Why didn't Lindsay appear in this episode? The Dragonfly Inn hosted a couples' weekend stay and Dean should have brought Lindsay with him instead of showing up alone to hit on Rory. The construction worker interrupting Rory and Dean's kiss is a sign at how wrong this was
well the previous episode Rory did have a fight with Dean on why he was dropping out of college and Dean did say he needed extra cash to save for that townhouse so i'm just speculating here but i think they didn't go because they would have had to pay to stay at the Inn
There was an issue with the doors, Dean was working, so that's why Lindsey wasn't there.
maybe they weren't invited to the Inn.
Dean was working construction. He wasn't "showing up alone to hit on Rory". He was working.
Is someone looking through the door at 4:30? In the background
yeah haha it looks to creepy
This conversation would have gone differently. When he said you asked me to leave too I would have said well I needed to talk to him alone and you needed to get home to Lindsey.
Dean has some good qualities as a friend and boyfriend but he’s also really toxic, angry all the time and he can’t make up his mind
Alexis is so cute. I loved how she pronounce the word starving.
THE TENSION
NOT dean being jealous of rory and jess even when he is MARRIED, i hate him sm, is the worst character fr
How could you hate those dimples?
I am glad she mentioned she blow it with Dean, that she didn’t appreciate him... she was a complete jerk with him, for who?.. Jess?.. a guy who was not dependable, and would flake?
These two--especially Rory--is making me so frustrated.
so what's new. only Rory huh not Dean
@@lauriecarson6483 Both of them.
Shaggy...
I smile on the fact that a tiny part of Rory thought to accept Jess's offer. It show she had still some feelings for him
DEAN!!
This episode is one of my favorites and also one of my least favorites. Favorite: because Luke and Lorelai's first kiss least favorite: because Rory and Dean slept together
Poor Lane and her floor board life
ROry can you stop running behind a married guy??
Rory he's married!!!! He has a wife.... he's not your toy!!!
Why is Dean mad and why is Rory explaining things to him dean don’t deserve a explanation.
Why did Rory left Him ??? Why Rory using him for her benefits?? Why Rory acting like nothing happened?? Did she forgot that she cheated Dean with jess??? Dean deserves better ..not this woman like Rory who can't take relationships seriously...Dean is also a human being just like her
why she running behind a married guy DEan?? she cheated on him with jess!!! cant he get mad??!!!!
Teamdeanrory
Just leave him alone Rory😒
" He was safe"!? Smdh
Yep. Basically. It's rude but Rory was right about Dean
Feeling emotionally safe is a big deal in a relationship. It means you have someone solid, someone you can trust and who will be there for you no matter what. This a huge thing she is saying about Dean. It was something she didn't understand yet about love in season 3. You can see it by her childlish definition of love to Paris. She finally understands in season 4, but it was too late and the whole thing is about to turn in a mess
All behind me know I moved forward I love you very much sweetheart 💕🧁😜🧁
Lane has no life...wrong
blob fish🐡
Jesus loves you all :) .
