I’ve noticed with boots like the adidas predators they tend to be a little shorter than the Nikes. But for like the speed portal and mercurial they’re pretty similar.
Hey I know this a late comment but I was interested in tiempos legend 10s and noticed my true to size (9.5 US) was very tight in the forefoot , but when i went half a size up there was noticeable amount of extra length space in the toe box, are tiempos just not for me or do they break in after the very tight Fit, thank you

I always need to have a thumb size gap in the toebox because whenever i go half a thumb size gap, my midfoot got crunch A LOT
Same here. The truth is it will vary from person to person and preferences. I prefer comfort over a tight fit.
Nice recommendations. Personally i have a very wide forefoot so i make sure i have a full thumb width of space at the end kf the boot

I’d say it’s best to get a boot that more suits your foot shape
8.5 size is a thumbs width, then I go for an 8 and it’s crushing my toes like crazy .. what do I do?!
Try 8.5 with an extra insole
Rock the double socks
get gel heel insole
Just get the 8.5, half size is not that different. Rather be comfortable
