i live with my grandmother and she hates it when i express myself (even going as far as throwing away several of my personal belongings), but i don't care what she thinks or does anymore. she would hit me often when i was younger and convince me that i was a bad child, telling me that i deserved it but i know that wasn't what i deserved and i've made it clear that i'll fight back now. when she throws away my things, i throw away hers. when she hits me, i hit her back. i used to be terrified of her but she's really just an overgrown, emotionally immature child. our relationship has been demolished for a long time and there's no way to fix it. if you're able to, try to explain to your parent/guardian that you need to express yourself and that it's a human right and if they deny you that or dont listen to you then express yourself anyway. if they do anything about it then do the same to them. by the way, this might not be good advice for certain people (especially if you're not in a similar situation) but if that's the case then don't follow it.
My house is too small so be happy ur sister didn’t get tired of you so now you share a room with ur mom while they claim my sister needs her space forgetting that in a year i’ll be the age she was when she pushed me out, but i sure don’t need my own space
I used to have a similar room until my new apartment is like a dust storm 24/7, has to be dusted at least once a day or it’s everywhere and in my throat.. never had the problem before til I moved here.. I’ve gotten rid of practicallyyyy everything but the clean minimal look is so different than how it used to be that I’m into the change rn and only very selectively displaying things that aren’t too annoying to move and clean
