Story 1: I worked at an animatronic character themed pizzeria, where a lazy good for nothing dad such as the one in this story tried to just drop off his kids with a handful of tokens and a paid for pizza and sodas for the day. His kids were really badly behaved. We would have to contact him and tell him to either gather his kids, or stay with them at the venue because we are not a daycare center. He would get really mad and either come and stay with the kids or just take his time getting there to pick them up. It happened three times, we ended up banning him and his kids because of this.
Story 3 - NTA. Keep your mouth shut and just move on. The guilt feeling is nothing, ignore it. Last story - Never live with him. Dump the AH immediately.
For the last story I think they may have autism and/or ADHD, I hate to admit it, but I used to act like him. But when I started seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist I got some medication and I finally realized I was being such a selfish jerk.
Story 1: Sadly i've had dealings when i was in the navy of people who were worse than this both with kids and witthout them. There are bad eggs everywhere. You did the right thing and totally not the jerk.
Yeah, but the possible criminal record isn't worth it. Especially since she's not in a good financial situation. I would recommend her to find a way to grind rather than any quick and dangerous shortcuts instead.
If they had gotten caught and gone to jail, they wouldn’t be able to help their mother and sister at all anymore, so I don’t think it was a good idea, even though the person they stole from is a terrible person, it still just wasn’t a good decision. It was risky and could have left their family in an even worse situation than they are currently in, if he had gotten in trouble with the law for theft.
Third story. The OP is the jerk for stealing from the pawnshop broker even if he and the whole neighborhood despises the broker. But turning himself in is a bad idea if he is in jail that means his mother and sister will lose his support, so best not say anything, live with the guilt and find some jobs.
Man. When I worked at Dollar Tree (and other retail jobs) I was just waiting for one of the toddlers that's parents weren’t watching them to get hurt, wander off, or worse. Because for minimum wage at retail, I wasn’t playing babysitter (like if the kids wanted to ask me something I would answer it, but I wasn’t playing kid goalie).
"Its not that hard to train your kids " 😂😂😂 depends on the method.. my sisters and i never ran around, never yelled and spoke only when spoken too... cuz our parents would have beaten the hell out of us if we acted anything like those kids
OMG the first story, I'm a league bowler (not from the story) and luckily the bowling alley is big enough that there is room between the league and any bday parties or just open bowlers. We see a lot of entitled ppl with kids come through and over the years kids would grab a ball from our side of the alley and run, where we walk, in street shoes to their assigned lanes. I once told a 2-3 year old that they needed to go up the stairs where their parents were and the dad got all pissy and said not to parent his kid or something (I've pretty much put it out of my head so I can't remember exactly what he said). It's dangerous for all involved when someone in wet shoes runs on the floor before the approach as so many ppl could slip, as well as these kids ruining bowling shoes that are expensive.
Wow talk about The Entitlement of this father. Like seriously, this man neglects his kids and tries to excuse his kids actions by saying "They're just kids". Look I know that kids will be kids but that doesn't excuse how this entitled dad didn't co-operate with the OP when all they wanted was for this dad to take his responsibility as a parent all while making sure that neither his nor the other kids would get hurt. Kudos to the OP for they had handled this entitled dad. Honestly, this entitled dad should know that parents actions reflect their kids.
Story 1: The neglectful dad is (in my mind) equally guilty for what the unruly kids did. They almost literally raised hell in a public setting and caused damages to the establishment, the dad did *NOTHING* to remedy the situation.
i am sorry the guy should do his own laundry, i do the laundry in the house for me and my mom and we fold it together we cal that mom and daughter talk time but most of the time it ends up in laughing fits because we have that kind of relationship.
As a veteran, your behavior reflects on the service. I am a curmudgeon, but its never personal, and my daughters know they are always being judged by strangers.
Let me preface: I am a veteran. I've lived on and around several military installations. That being said: MOST military members are the absolute worst flippin parents in the world.
The second story is a troll. Other than changing the setting to India, the story is beat for beat Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky. Raskolnokov = Rodney
Story 4 - The only reason why I would think OP's boyfriend would have a problem with her folding his laundry and putting it away is because he has something to hide that he doesn't want OP finding out. Another theory is that he is manipulative and honestly OP is better off without this jerk. Split up, stay single for a while, get some therapy to get over his toxicity and move on from this jerk, honestly. I've seen this type of relationship before and I know where it goes and it never ends well. I volunteered with Women's Aid if that's any clue.
Story 1: Good that this idiot Dad got kicked out. The kids are not "just being kids". I hate that mentality. If they want to run around like that at home or a playground, fine, but not a public setting and definitely not a restaurant... even if it is a children's birthday party. Get better control of your kids... or maybe, just dont have kids. This guy sure doesn't qualify for Dad of the Year.... maybe Dullard of the Year. The OP handled this great too. I can understand the OP starting to lose cool here, and it was sure warranted, but they still did well against that moron. Hopefully one day we hear that the dad gets a dishonorable discharge from the military too. He's definitely unfit to serve. Story 2: You know, if this was an accident like one, two... maybe three times, i can see the OP or anyone else letting it slide or asking the kid to be more careful, but it almost seems like this was intentional rather then carelessness. Not sure if the OP was responsible for that guy going back to prison or not, but either way, glad someone like that is off of the streets. Story 3: Normally, i firmly believe in "Two wrongs dont make a right", but i well turn a blind eye here. It sounds like this pawnbroker sounds like a terrible person, especially apparent animal abuse and kind of deserved it in the long run. I think the OP could do way better then doing something like that, maybe find a meager job to start, rather then trying to do something like this again. While stealing is a jerk move by the OP, i'm going to be lienient here only because it sounds like the pawnbroker is a piece of crap. Story 4: Wow... talk about a MAJOR over-reaction. OP was doing something nice and the bf was just being a major dick, and then trying to act like he was in the right? Screw that noise. If this was a one-time thing, i would say a serious conversation would be needed... but i'm guessing that similar has happened over the course of the relationship, and if so, then get out of there. Acts like this will only get worse.
Third story; does anyone else feel like it’s very similar to the story Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky, Or I’m I the only one? Pawnbroker, drinking buddy, sister in a bad situation? Both are very similar
For the last story, that man isn’t a toddler, he is manipulative. He is spinning it so that he is the victim and his girlfriend is lucky to be with him.
I'm just going to say this of I owned a business and adults brought their children into it and are just letting them do whatever they want I be calling the cops and CPS all in one day because the number one rule I would have a my servers are having trouble getting through an area because of somebody else's child they will understandably get a verbal warning about getting their kids under control but the moment that this keeps going on and one of my employees is literally telling me that this isn't just a kid not listening to their parent but a parent letting their kids do whatever they want not the very moment the cops and social services are going to get involved especially of those children can possibly be hurt on the ground the very foundation that my business is built from
Story 3 makes me wonder if hes ok stealing from anyone then he is going to be a refund scammer soon and that is just wrong. Narrator has it right full on jerk, but the pawnbroker is a piece of crap so she is also a jerk.
Boyfriend should have been appreciative. Since he wasn’t get on it. Though to be fair, I'm lazy on my share of the chores. Also the BF sounds like an ass through and through.
1:yes it's the dad's fault all the way (note let's not say training your kids children arnt animals a child. Is still a human not a pet say teach or something like that)

He will wonder why he’s bailing one of his spawn out of jail one day. After all, he was just being a kid when he stole a car
Or worse
He was just being a kid when he killed someone who refused to have sex with him.

Animatronic. Character. Themed. Pizzeria?💀
@@stonedragonx5312 I know what you’re thinking. 😉

they should only ban the dad and his kids should only get a temporary ban so they won’t get rejected later on on life (only the kids)
“They’re just kids!” the default excuse to absolve all responsibility and liability to unruly and unsupervised children in a restaurant.
The bowling one. Tell me you're a negligence parent without telling me that you're a negligence parent.
Story 3 - NTA. Keep your mouth shut and just move on. The guilt feeling is nothing, ignore it.
Last story - Never live with him. Dump the AH immediately.

Nah jerk in 3rd story crime is crime
last story: when he freaks out about laundry in this stage of the relation, don't be surprised when it comes to fysical abuse in a later stage.
Story 1: Sadly i've had dealings when i was in the navy of people who were worse than this both with kids and witthout them. There are bad eggs everywhere. You did the right thing and totally not the jerk.
Third Story: How are they a jerk? Stealing is bad, sure, but they stole from someone who is constantly trying to be an awful person.
Yeah, but the possible criminal record isn't worth it. Especially since she's not in a good financial situation. I would recommend her to find a way to grind rather than any quick and dangerous shortcuts instead.

20 dollars isn’t worth the potential consequences or the extra worry and stress he now faces about it
Yeah a law student stealing is ok and risking a criminal record is worth it 👍
@@spiderace7994 This was set in India where they have a strict caste system and poor people are low in the pecking order.
Story 2: Don't you love it when criminals are stupid?
"Why are you taking my kids to the hospital? They're not unconscious, they're just pretending! They're just being kids!"
Best comment of the week ❤
"Why are you taking my kids to the morgue? They are not dead, they are playing possum."
Third story. The OP is the jerk for stealing from the pawnshop broker even if he and the whole neighborhood despises the broker. i was like him once i stole a chocolate bar when i was younger but now that i'm older i had to pay things in cash.
"They are just being kids"
Which is why YOU be a parent!

If these are military families their command need to be made aware of their horrible behavior. They WILL be dealt with better than the police can do.
I would let cps know on this entitled dad for good measure
"Its not that hard to train your kids " 😂😂😂 depends on the method.. my sisters and i never ran around, never yelled and spoke only when spoken too... cuz our parents would have beaten the hell out of us if we acted anything like those kids
They are lucky the bowling op played goalie. As wait staff, my job isn’t babysitting.

Story 3. Walk away from that jerk. He's not worth your time
The kids may just be being kids, but the adults definitely weren't being parents.

NICE🥳🥳
Yeah, they were just being kids. But these adults were not behaving like parents.
The first one sounds like the beginning of a group of serial killers or something just as bad

goofd job for not only raising his kids but talking to this guy in a manner.
Wait wtf why is a 31 year old man dating a 24 year old woman isn't that a huge age gap or something? 🤔😕
Depends on whom you're asking. A seven-year age difference IMO is not exactly robbing the cradle.

There's also the caste system they have.
