Thank you so much for your video. Raking is my favorite fused glass technique. I detoured to work in reactives for awhile but you've inspired me to combine the two! Can't wait for the results!
Thank you, I’ve been wanting to try this. You are quickly becoming my fav. glass teacher on YT. You really make it so simple to understand what you’re teaching, you’re the best.
Thanks so much for this video! This is something I have wanted to do, but didn't know a kiln like that existed to do it with. I had visions of poking around through a door, this is so much more convenient. Could you use a form of some kind that would have the pieces come out formed exactly as you want them, or are you resigned to cutting the glass to shape when it is done? How would you make your own forms?
This is very instructive and helpful. I can't wait to try it. (I would recommend not having music with it, though. That made it hard to hear at times.) Thank you for the video!
I know you're trying to enhance the video by adding background music, but the effect is counterproductive; Tchaikovsky makes your voice harder to understand.
It appears that you have used a kiln washed shelf? Anytime I do that at over 1500 degrees, I end up with kiln wash on the bottom of the piece. How are you avoiding that? Is it a certain brand that will take 2000 degrees without going onto the piece? Also, I was told you needed to use a pair of special welders glasses to look at hot glass because of infra red rays? Not so?

Thank you for this wonderful video. I might try this someday. I love classical music.
Thank you for the effort and time that you put into sharing your knowledge
We've learned a lot from you and it's appreciated

Beautiful!

Great video! What kiln do you use for these small pieces? Thanks-
What do you use to stop the glass from sticking to the kilnsheve please
Thank you! It was very helpful and you are very sweet!
Great, great video!!
is this boro or soft glass?
and if it is soft can it be done with boro?
Thank you. Look for more in the future.
could you do this through a bead door at 1700 degrees????

The music is annoying! Are we at the symphony or learning a glass fusing technique? Ugh.....
