    It's very hard when is OCD combined with depression. But we'll keep on fighting

    Morning structure has to be the same even if you slept like 2 hours right?
    Bc you know not wanting to get up late can be combined with fear of insomnia ("What if I don't sleep at night and I'll need more sleep?") 😃

      Yes sir! Even if it's 2 hours. I had a period for about 4 months where it was about that, truly especially when my tinnitus fears were very high.
