A quick thing I should clarify. These are more resets than they are combos. After the 2 jabs, the opponent can do any wake up option (Neutral get up, roll in, roll back, and get up attack) Most of these can be done on reaction to any of these options except get up attack. If the use get up attack, only the ones that use arc fire after the initial 2 jabs will work. Anything else will either trade or cause you to be hit first.
Unfortunately absolutely none of these are jab lock combos. Out of all of these, the opponent has the option to getup, roll in, roll out, getup attack, or stay lying down and mix up the timing. You can probably read an option, but then it's literally just a tech chase and you might as well not even jab in the middle so you can have more options. Robin has nine frames after the jab lock to hit with something for it to be true (an easy way to test this is to get a second controller with the CPU set to Control and hold up on it so the CPU stands up as soon as possible). The only options Robin has which are fast enough are jab, down tilt, forward tilt, and instant dash attack, so by far the most damaging jab lock combo Robin has is jab lock to rapid jab.
Neat concepts! Although not really a jab lock, I personally use arcfire footstool (directional airdodge down) dtilt arcthunder. However, this set up can also lead to jab locks if they miss the tech!
You might want to remake this video. Trying to make ESAM look bad in the video, when he was providing the most damage out of a TRUE lock, isn’t a good look when you take a different path entirely. Doesn’t matter if you justify it here in the comments, it’s still misleading in the video itself.
A few things 1) I did make a follow up to this where I point out that Esams jab lock was the most damaging true follow up. 2) I don't think redoing the video is necessary since it still showcases resets which are still important. Literally all I'd be doing in a remake is removing the joke at the end. I don't think that justifies another upload. 3) I doubt Esam cares that a guy with less than 100 subs made a joke about him.
Hmmm.. neat to know. Been trying to get these to work to offset some of Robins more...major downsides. But good vid dude, real helpful. Also that ending i feel yah. The pros know literally nothing about Robin, its actually hilarious.
The thing is those Jab Lock only work on newbies that don't tech falls. Also esam isn't a Robin main, If you want a real Robin main, look up for "Jul"'s Robin.
Esam's jab lock combo was guaranteed while all of yours aren't. Most of your follow ups aren't combos either. Most of the lock follow ups aren't combos either.

are you gonna do a follow-up video with jab reset/lock punishes before they choose a get-up option?
@@lududelubin3011 I plan to yes, I'm trying to find what works in that situation.

I'm starting to wonder what the point of writing a detailed pinned comment was if people are just gonna ignore it.
This was what i was searching for in this vid. Thank you and kindest regards from a newbie robin main

Ok, so it's confirmed that the pinned comment was actually pointless. None of you guys are bothering to read it apparently.
Name of the outro's song?
It's called RWBY Walk.

Yes, like I said in my pinned comment, these are more resets than they are combos. I'm sorry if I mislead you.
He is just using Fish-Baiting titles ~
@@lrdalucardart I've addressed me being wrong on this multiple times. Me being wrong and admitting so isn't clickbait.
Not esam doing rapid jab 😂
