They 100% write their own bars. Maybe with help though. Theres not much money in this for them i get the impression they did it for the love of it. Rap is only poetry set to rythm and melody. Their interview with Noisey was hilarious.

They write their own bars. Also when you stop the video go back a few seconds so that you don't miss any bars.
In some ways, if they didn't write this, the delivery is even more impressive, the pace is phenomenal for anyone, let alone someone who likely's smoked for over 60 years?
Tell me how you can spit bars like that with the same passion and delivery if someone else has wrote them simple.

External writers would cost too much, that's why talk of industry plants etc is bs.
The second half of Bas verse is clearly written by someone else - the whole structure change and the references are top recent. Everything up to the Jackie Chan line is probably him
Of course they didn't write it all themselves, they clearly have talented producers helping them.
When they talk about their grandchildren helping them etc, they really mean their producers 😉
