Just ordered one off mfk and got some extra sounds with it. Guess my question is, can I make custom folders or “categories” to put more frequently used calls together? Thanjs
Yes you can edit categories and create different categories so like I have MFK Pup sounds category/folder so that all the pup sounds aren’t with all the adult vocals

@@jasonfoley1968 yeah it be nice but I can get over the batteries most people have some AA but there are some like me that don’t have a printer so I don’t have a printer cord I favor the AA batteries in handheld just because I can swap batteries in field and keep hunting if I had to charge the handheld I’d be in trouble there have been nights I didn’t turn remote off. It would also simplify everything if I could just use an SD card instead of all the programmers and mess
This is my 3rd time downloading on my x24. When i plug the call in is shows all my call sounds on the source file side, when i go to drag my new sounds into the source files it showes a red circle with a line going through it and wont let me drag the new sound file into the source files anyone having this issue?
What sounds are you trying to load ? Who are the sounds from ? It could be they aren’t the correct format to go on your caller. If it’s red like that something is wrong with the sound file not the caller
@@btaoutdoors they are MFK sounds off of their website, they downloaded to the laptop and I can't drag them into the sound files on the foxpro programmer. A red circle with a cross comes up.
Honestly that’s a new one for me. It’s an x24 so it won’t matter if bought a 24bit sound. Its straight from mfk so it’s not corrupted Only think I can suggest is calling mfk and telling them what all you did or even call foxpro. There has got to be an easier way to do this. I really like foxpro callers but adding sounds is way to difficult
Last 3 times I've done this I've watched your video. amazing
Good video 👍🏼👍🏼 ! I tell the guys ALWAYS place sounds after sound # 99 or it will MESS UP THEIR SEQUENCES ! I will add your video with info I share !
Thank you

It’s just a printer cable and it baffles me that they can’t supply a $7 cord with a $500 caller I put a link here hope the link works
@@btaoutdoors It also baffles me why they can't give you 3 AA batteries and charger for the remote.

@@btaoutdoorsexactly! My 10 or 12 year old wildfire 2 atleast came with the cable lol.
When I drag the sounds to the source files only 2 out of 7 I'm trying to load show up there any ideas what I need to do?
Would be nice if they would include a USB-B cable for the $530 that this unit cost.
100% true
Mine has one (purchased Xwave)
No kidding!
Its a rib off
I done all of that but the new category and new sounds doesn’t show up on the remote
Did you save everything once you created the category and put sounds on that category ? Are the sounds on the remote at all ?
@@btaoutdoors the sounds aren’t on the remote at all
You have to reprogram the remote. You have to plug them together go into the settings and program it
I am replacing my wildfire with the X-24. I assume I can transfer my sounds I already own?
