- Today I am joined by UA-camr Blob on a Bike, to ride some of the new features at Old Hill Bikepark. These include the Boner log, the flat drop-in on the black line, and the brand new red graded jump line.

@@FortySomethingRider Your bruise is massive - show off! It felt amazing doing the features. You know when you have procrastinated for so long about something it feels like you'll never do it? I felt like that so it was now or never. They were both actually really easy features so a big confidence boost 👍🚀

Thanks Dave. It is a great little bikepark. I knew that if I didn't get back on the bike after the crash, I would have left feeling disappointed.
Awesome video man. You captured exactly what mountain biking is, pushing yourself to be better and not letting a fail bring you down. I always struggle to come back after a crash.

Thanks man, that's so awesome! Best of luck at 417, you will have an awesome time. There are a couple of nice tabletops at the bottom of the Blue Raccoon trail that you can have a play on. Great for building confidence. I am sure we can engineer our paths crossing at some point for a ride!!

I bought a Cube Stereo 150 TM 2022, but I didn't pay attention to Cube's category 4. actually it's not approved for all this bike park stuff. have you ever had problems with your bike?

Yeah, I didn’t realise I whacked myself in the leg. Bruise is huge.
you should try find a group to ride with, that have a range of ability. You obviously have the skill to do alot more, you just need people to encourage you.

Yeah I know what you mean. I always enjoy group rides for that reason. They help me get over my poor head game 🤣
