My electrical teacher told us a story about his electrician friend who was replacing a 277V ballast in a grocery store when someone turned the breaker on and he inhaled a wire nut he had in his mouth and got lodged in his wind pipe. Had to get it surgically removed. This was 1970s before LOTO.
I don't like the running man sign because running during an evacuation shouldn't happen unless absolutely necessary. Running can instill panic in people and create an unnecessary rush or trample situation. Should be a walking man through the door like north American door placards.
They're technically just ISO signs running man was just a name people have made up for them and even if they aren't as cool for novelty they are more effective and are required now
