And Lil Jon and other rappers were the dubbed voices of these, high school kids. If anything there is to have fun with, it's that movie. Trust me, it won't let you down. Or maybe, it will 😂
Dude, the original is so much better without the rappers but.. they added a certain flavor which I truly appreciated. Snoop Dogg really fit the character and he did good in a voice over role. Check out that cast interview.

One thing I can say, when it comes to sponsors Korey has some of the best and smoothest segues lol. His timing and transitions are perfect and it actually makes you not mind he interrupted the content. Lol
It's a trip to realize maple story still exists. My roommate used to play that in 2010. I thought I was more hardcore than her because I played WoW and LotRO, but she probably paid significantly less money than I did and lost less hours of her life to something that didn't really matter at the end of the day.

Honestly, I think the voice-overs are cast pretty perfectly! Perfect to match the spirit of stuff like Miami Connection and Samurai Cop. And looking at the footage, I can't imagine the original audio would have been any less hilarious! To me, the hero kind of sounds like Danny Bonaduce, or maybe a young Steve Gutenberg (circa Chicken Chronicles)
I used to rent these on VHS left and right when I was a kid way back when. They entertained me at the time. I took karate classes because I wanted to be an action hero. My idols were Chuck Norris, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sho Kosugi, etc. I had subscriptions to a few different martial arts magazines. Anything that said Ninja on it, I rented it.
