I've been playing this game since my youth, and somehow I managed to miss one of the secret levels here. Thank you for this video, or I'd have never known.
There is a secret room within the secret room of the fourth phase, it is called the warp zone. and there is a secret entrance in the eighth phase - hell corp - which requires some movement to enter. note: you can see a piece of it on the cliff just before facing the boss.
I've beaten this game on every difficulty, found every secret level and there's still no ending to it. Kind of lame. Have you ever gotten an ending to it other than congratulations?
@@2GOOD lame... i am pretty sure I did. Even went online to find them, unfortunately. There are bigger disappointments in this life than my unaccomplishments when I was 12, haha 😜

@@2GOOD Yeah, that's it :) Interestingly enough, it seems like the pirated cartridge I'd had back then contained this special rom because there were no any guides or cheat sheets which would lead me there, especially this specific code. The only cheats I've known whatsoever were 54 lives and all weapons. So I've just stood between spotlights and pressed the "up" button. Need to mention, this secret "Delta city construction" level freaked me out as a kid, it's structure looks almost like fever dream or something. Backrooms of their own kind :)

Underground bunker (blue zone) also there are more passages, I can't find the door into the secret place there.

and i think there are ROM file with default feature to enter this secret
