I too have let my ego control and consume my days leading most times In a dark place… and Ego is a powerful tool necessary to build confidence when low emotions filter and become darker than necessary… that’s my thought Enjoyed your thoughts for I have similar experiences in my past life … getting better takes constant effort and very few friends are strong enough to not be triggered… No worries … I am alone and learning so much but the cost is killing my ability to get closer to form strong friendships and even find a man at this age I cannot keep this up for much longer … my heart is a little complicated and very few people can accept who I am !
