I'm a cyclist who lives in Toyama City. In June of this year, I also cycled around the Noto Peninsula.
You went from Notojima to Wajima in one day! Amazing! It took me 2 days.
Watching your video makes me want to go to Noto Peninsula again.
Next time I'll try riding clockwise. The reason is that Japan drives on the left. If you go clockwise, you can run closer to the sea.

That's amazing, I hope you had a great trip! Toyama has some really nice cycling paths. We rode counter-clockwise because the Tour de Noto was happening the same weekend, so we wanted to ride opposite. The hotels were all booked for that tour, so we had to go the reverse way to stay in different ones. But that makes sense to want to ride closer to the sea next time 😄

Wow those views of the ocean were gorgeous. Makes me want to bike along the California coast one day. Also loved how you researched little bits like the fishing "net" and the part about Satoumi. Keep up the great work!
