- We have a visiting priest this weekend, and therefore will not be filming todays Mass. Please enjoy Fr. Mark's talk given on January 9, 2023 at a special Retreat with guest speaker Patricia Talbot. Have a blessed Sunday.

God put me to here father beard before he passed away. I was so blessed and I learned so much from him Catholic faith.. I pray in my rosary for his soul for God to give them grace so he can be in heaven, and he prays for all of us, his parishioners, and for from me and my family that I met him in UA-cam. What a lost, a priest, who is so full of love Hope and Charity that he gives in his homily we need more priest like him. Lord, send us more priest that save the truth, and not afraid to leave their parishioners to heaven and worries about their souls. Amen.

I was born Catholic and am still Catholic, but I don't agree with much of what this priest is saying. He has his own interpretation of scripture, but it does not align with what the a careful reading of Scripture, as well as many of the earliest church fathers. If Mary was so important to our faith, don't you think Jesus, Paul, Peter, John, or James would have mentioned her once in Scripture? These ideas about Mary began hundreds of years after Christ. Nowhere in Scripture does it every mention praying to Mary or any dead person. Mary was given a very special time and was certainly blessed by God, but she called God her Savior. What did she need saving from of she was without sin? Also the scripture could not be more clear that after Jesus was born, she had many other sons and daughters.
And for those that want to question my Catholic faith, I Believe I am more Catholic than the 60% of Catholics today that do not Believe the Eucharist is the body and blood of Christ. Also the current pope is assembling a group of pro abortion and pro homosexuality people to govern the doctrine of the faith. Go look it up. There is a massive backlash against his efforts to liberalize the church and introduce completely unbiblical doctrine that violates several of the ten commandments as well as the true historical teachings of the church.
He was still Her Saviour because he saved her from the curse of original sin.
In regards to ‘brothers etc’, please read the scripture in the context of that time and the culture. Please do not interpret scripture with current ‘norms’ of our times.

@@sharonthompson8061 Let me guess, I need the Pope to interpret Scripture for me? Like how the current Pope Francis is appointing, homosexuals and pro abortion advocates to his councils? Traditional conservative Catholics are in an uproar about how this current pope is liberalizing the doctrines of the faith. But I'm supposed to just let him interpret everything for me, even when the clear simple reading of scripture is that Jesus had several brothers and several sisters. There are 10 instances where it's very clear that Mary had other kids after Jesus. I don't understand why you feel the need to set your reason aside so that you can blindly follow a pope who was a sinner like you and me.
If you don't listen to me, how about you listen to one of the greatest Catholics who ever live, Saint Augustine, and who said:
"But who can fail to be aware that the sacred canon of Scripture, both of the Old and New Testament, stands so absolutely in a superior position to all later letters of the bishops, that about it we can hold no manner of doubt or disputation whether what is confessedly contained in it is right and true; but that all the letters of bishops which have been written, or are being written, since the closing of the canon, are liable to be refuted; and further, that even the church Councils are often corrected by those which follow them (On Baptism 2.3.4)"
@@staza1Hi, no I don’t need the Pope to interpret, neither do I need you. All I asked was for you to read scripture as if you were living in that time.
Cultural norms in identifying relatives is very different. Even today various cultures do not have their own (language) to identify relatives and use European terms. I speak from experience. I have many many sisters, brothers, cousins and am mother and auntie to many.
I hope this clarifies why I encouraged to read within the context of the culture and the time of writing.

@@sharonthompson8061 Thanks for your opinion. I know this is the go-to response from Catholic apologists in this issue. But I thinks it's completely wrong. I've studied and prayed about this for many years. I know the original culture and this argument holds no water. It was invented by the Catholic Church to try and explain away the perfectly clear words in Scripture.
God gave us a book. While there are some mysterious things in the book, those who are guided by his spirit can read it and understand the clear language. Otherwise, why bother.
I'm asking you to please answer this one question. If Mary were so crucial to our daily faith walk and even our salvation, and God inspired authors to write a book for us to learn about him and how to be saved through christ, don't you think his son, Jesus, or his chosen apostles, Paul, Peter, John, James, don't you think in the entire Bible, they would mention the importance of Mary even just once?
If someone had never heard of this relatively new doctrine of Mary, like the millions of people before the modern age, they would never ever take from scripture that we are to pray to. Mary, and then she was born sinless, and never had any other kids, and was raised into heaven. No one would ever ever in a million years get that from just reading scripture. And that's why almost all the church fathers honored and cherished Mary. But none of them believed what modern Catholics believe about her.

I only discovered Fr. Mark due to a UA-cam posting of his passing.
I’ve learned more about the Bible and The Faith from listening to his homilies since then than ever before.
God is still using his faithful servant because surely more people have heard Fr. Mark preach and explain the truth since his passing than they would have otherwise.
I don’t think he’ll be in purgatory long.

Absolutely! I feel like this man’s spirit has grabbed me by the hand and pulled back into my faith. He has not only taught me about my faith but taught me to LOVE my faith. @@tomcollins4266 He was amazing. He reminds me of Father Corapi. Corapi was more a theologian, and more relaxed. But spoke the truth, like St. Paul. You should look for his old videos. I truly believe that the bad players on the church, framed him, to shut him up( F Corapi).

It’s never too late to listen to the truth. Thank God for Father Mark and his homilies and Mass.
Some speak louder and farther from their grave then when on earth. His sudden death is a loss to his friends and parishioners but it still likely more are hearing him now because of his sudden and tragic death.
I’m Protestant I’ve been attacking the Catholic Church so long and now after hearing this sermon makes so much sense now no wonder they always say bible and Catholic Church are better understood together

I am learning more & more about my Catholic faith since his passing. He was a wonderful priest who told us what we need to know & he didn’t sugarcoat it! Father Mark has truly awakened the Holy Spirit in my soul. My wife and I first attended mass at St. Helena Catholic Church in September 2022. We both felt like St. Helena felt like home, and
that Father Mark sparked something deep inside us. Through Father Mark, I was able to get my children and grandchildren closer to God. He has changed everything in my life. I thank God

Father, we first found your church 5 or 6 years ago, while camping in Natalbany. What a huge impact you have made on our lives especially my husband of 42 years. I always preached about potty mouth to him. He is a boat captain aka cuss like a sailor and works 20 days offshore and 10 days home. After finding you on UA-cam, he never misses your Sunday mass whether we attend mass when he is home or he is unable to attend because he is at work. We come home from mass on Sunday and he listens to your sermon as soon as it hits the channel. You have made a huge impact on his/our lives. He no longer cusses or hardly ever. He now tells his coworkers, it is unnecessary to use curse words, “you should listen to Father Mark”. I have taught religion for probably over 20 years and I have learned so much from you 30 years out. Thank you so much for your teaching. You have touched our/so many lives. We hear you and we thank you!❤️🙏🏻

"Full of grace"! Jesus is Man-God. Jesus was flexible, if there was nothing to eat, HE and His disciples skipped meals. Some villagers didn't want anything to do with them. In short, when we live by following Jesus' way, all is well as Catholic/Christians.
He was a Preacher with the gift of Exhortation very much like St John The Baptist, Bless His Soul in the name of Jesus and the Trinity!

Fr. Mark was a great teacher of our Catholic faith.. I a feel blessed that I read his conversion story and found him not even a week before he passed away. I was starting to doubt my faith. I have never heard a lot of this stuff. It's so confusing what we think we know is true and what is true. Its crushing, really. I'm a 68 y/o cradle Catholic, very poorly caticised and try so hard then hear this and am left more confused than ever...😢

Fr Mark Beard profound speaker, energetic, and Lion of Judah in present Catholic Church. I didn't know about him, until my son Dhiren told about his reflections. I started watching his homily, all he spoken with help of Holy Spirit, they're eye opening, heart throbbing, relieving hidden mysteries and Grace in word of God. I learned next day he passed away. Very sad news ! Father, we remember you in our daily rosary. Rest in peace.

Beard's video but didn't want to click on them, untill saw the news of his death😢 and thank God I did start watching his videos, he is the true Holly priest who speaks God's teaching to us! I just found Father Mark a few days ago . I am so sorry that he passed away . I feel that I am blessed to have found his homilies at this time. I have been a Catholic since 2000. However , I had fallen away and I had even been questioning everything. Since I found Father Mark , he restored my faith and he has taught me so many new things about. He explained everything clearly and he was so down to earth you could listen to him for hours. I love this talk and I will watch it over and over again .

With the preparation given Roman Catholics before their marriage in His Church, no annulment should exist. Worthless paper and all involved are responsible for that sin against His Church. Humanism has gained His Church. Human intellect that have no ability to hear His Call within their hearts.
Do NOT believe in annulments unless one is forced to be marry, or one party has sinister plans against the other. The demons love to use supposed loopholes in Canon Law.
Holy Matrimony, the Sacrament, is Sacred to our Lord. Symbolic of the Eternal Wedding with the Bridegroom of our souls with Him.
Holy Communion is Holy Matrimony, the Taste of Heaven. He weds our souls then attempts to enter our heart which mainly are so cold to Him. Define Desire, child.
I'm pretty sure the church has a process to buy a relic to keep it from falling into heretical hands?
But pray for whoever chose to sell them for profit!

Great priest. I have been following fr beard for a few months. He knew what was happening in this world. It seems like many priests are asleep or too scared to speak the truth. Im sure he is doing more for us in heaven and fighting for us in these last days.
