Thanks for the vids! I'm a newbie to anatomy so this is all unfamiliar to me. I liked your analogy of anatomical terms being like geographical ones... to help me understand a little better, would you say the following are somewhat similar? Fissure: canyon, Foramen: hole, Groove: river, Meatus: cave, Fossa: lake?
