I had a big issue in the 2nd round allotment! My name was not on the list for the first round because of document discrepancies. I successfully applied for round 2 and my name got listed for round 2 as well. Now I was shocked that even after applying to 11 colleges none of the colleges was allotted to me. When I checked the allotment list of respective colleges, the students with way less scores than mine were given seats but not me!! Any idea Sir? Why this happened???

you cant participate in 3rd round without rejecting first 2 round colleges. This round is only for people who were not allotted in 1st and 2nd round.
