Thank you for sharing your journey from Chavuma in Zambia to Luena , Moxico in Angola. It shows how undeveloped the eastern part of Angola is. Another traveller, a lady biker, shared her journey from Sikongo, Zambia, into Angola. The road was deep sand and almost non existant- just bush paths. The Angolan government should look into this matter and create roads in that part the country.

What a contrast between the alcohol and the nshima (ugali). The alcohol tears us apart and the food brings us together. A well put together video that had me sitting on the edge of my seat.

Cocoa powder or petrol. I'd take cocoa every time! I've only had shampoo and toothpaste, but I've had a sandwich and milk in my fanny pack on several occasions.
lucusse is where the angolan government troops caught up with savimbi's apparently that's where jonas savimbi got killed as he tried to evade them to make a final push forward n fllee into Zambian territory.....
The west did not want to have the borders of Angola and Zambia to develop. Due to the benefits we would be enjoying by now. West funded the Savimbi rebel group and planted landmines. Very sad indeed.

I believe that one of the problems is that trade between Angola and Zambia is still very weak.

I'm Angolan, but I never understood why our border with Zambia is not organized, that our government sees this side.
