I’m born on 11th 😂. I wish I’d found this 2 decades ago. Been married for almost 20 years now but have been going in and out of emotional separation with my spouse almost every month, for no apparent reason. In 50% times I am successful. This works. My sticky note would read like: "Project work 2hr, Children studies 1hr, Treadmill 30min etc" .
