I have only got the developer access from my team, and I am not able to see the add button in the app store connect website, and in the identifiers section on the certificates, ids page. Would I have to get another permission access to create the app for testflight?

when u successfully upload to testflight which on the apps store connect , on there u can choose for publish

"Could not open file. (/Users/jacksaunders/Documents/Projects/Fitness-App)"
