    How to Make White Bean Ragu Perfectly! Ingredients:
    1 15ounce can Navy Beans or beans of your choice
    2 tablespoons Macadamia Nut oil - strengthgenesis.com/?sca_ref=...
    1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
    1/4 cup carrots. diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1-2 bay leaves
    1/2 tablespoon celery seed or 1/4 cup celery, chopped
    1 tablespoon Pam's Prep All-Purpose Seasoning: ShopCookingAtPamsPlace.com
    1 tablespoon tomato sauce
    3/4 cup chicken broth
    1 cup spinach or leafy green of your choice

    I watched your video earlier and I made this bean soup for dinner I made two pots. One was with chicken stock the other I used vegetable stock for my vegan daughter. I got to say both soups were delicious. Thank you so much for the recipe.

    I make something like that with Pinto beans and I use cilantro, diced tomatoes with chilies, onion and garlic.

    Looks very similar to white bean cassoulet, just missing the smoked sausage.

    Oh my goodness that looks DELICIOUS! And AMAZING!
    Growing up we ate a meatless bean dish made with Ditalini pasta and it was called: Pasta Fagoli …I love anything made with beans! My favorite is the red beans & rice ❤

      Most vegetable broths have very unhealthy amounts of sodium. Season your foid with spices and herbs. They are much healthier. All of those packaged broths are but another example if the food industry selling us products to damage our health.

      Unless you’re using dried beans that will need the time to cook this dish comes together in 15 minutes so using a crockpot per the recipe might make it too mushy. Thanks

    I don't believe olive oil is a high heat oil. You should 50/50 it with butter or another high heat oil.
