I took a lot of liberties because it honestly reads like chuuni poetry. Beautiful
I tried to maintain the lyrical cadence of the original Japanese but... that's hard especially given it's almost midnight
I didn't have the time or energy to make the disjointed (as if it's the thoughts/desperate scream of a person slowly drifting away) lyrics work in English
Also like, half the kanji Himari-san used are archaic or have a bunch of meanings, and on top of that some phrases are homophones for other more common phrases
plz note I don't know any kanji past N4 unless I learned it studying Chinese in first grade after school so like 80% of the heavy lifting was jisho. thx jisho

Absolutely amazing,the music has that early 90's experimental pop sound that i love and Himari sounds and looks so beautiful too.

Necronomidol is hit and miss for me, because the harmonies and dynamics often clash with what I want from metal. But the same approach to music put into pop cold wave like here is a fantastic match.

I follow Necronomidol and a few of the current and former members on twitter and Spotify a little bit and hadn't heard anything about this solo project. Probably doesn't help that I don't know Japanese... but still.
I suppose it shows that getting the word out there and getting the music / videos heard and seen is as big of a challenge or bigger than the actual creating.
