Great information video. My question is can you Stake to a line just by selecting a grid line? Or selecting center line of pipe? Also can you delete dwgs instead of just deselecting it?
So I will answer the delete drawings function first: in FieldLink you cannot change the original CAD drawing, all that you can do is turn the entire drawing or layers off as necessary, as FieldLink is not a design authoring software. You can however, highlight that specific layer and turn it on or off from the Map screen and then open the layer menu in the bottom right corner. In order to layout to a line you would need to create a point along that grid line (typically at column intersects, then go to create/linework to draw a line between those two points. Then you could use the Measure/Lay Out Plane feature and set the plane elevation using those two points, then as you traverse along that line the software will tell you if there are any deviations in the plane. If this doesn't help feel free to let us know and we will help further define an answer for you. Best of luck
