Hi, They are both very good for simple images but for complexe images I find Leonardo AI to be more accurate. Probably because in Leonardo AI you have more control on your generations. Thank you

How can we get seed number in canva?
Canva doesn't provide the seed number you just write the numbers you want but you have to keep the same number across all the scenes.
