- Exchanging energy with a tree is a sweet way of communicating and listening to trees, having a reciprocal relationship, and deepening your connection with everything alive. I love hugging trees and looking at trees and just be around trees in general. As a matter of fact im having my breakfast rn while looking at trees being swayed by gentle breeze and it makes me so peaceful and content. Thank you so much for the Lovely video!❤

Thank you! When I held a flower in my hands today, I felt strong energy in my hands! Never felt or noticed this before. Was the energy coming to me or from me? This connection was with a bloomed fuscia peony with yellow pollen in the center, and with a red leafed flowering bush that I love.
Hi Olena, when you love something, the energy goes both ways. Reciprocity! Paying attention to this flow helps you feel more and more connected. You can also play with the energy in your hands, rubbing them together and placing them on your body or another's for healing.
@@megbeeler Thank you so much, that is so beautiful, like as if plants recognize who loves them! And today my mom just bought me a peony plant! She saw how much I was gushing over them by her neighbors house, wow! This is an amazing discovery, to feel energy from the flower and leaves. I also did as you suggested, leaned on a tree with my back, and completely felt the energy increase in my heart/back area. So lovely! I wish this was seen as normal and not strange, i feel like i have to hide when working with energy.
Wow, when you said the tree wants to receive energy from you I knew you were authentic. I'm very new to all this but about two weeks ago I was taking energy from a tree and sensed it pulling my energy and thought "the tree wants a give and take" lol. I'm not sure if you're still active but I'd like to know more because I'm here because of Christian revelation

It’s really cool to know 6 years ago people were feeling the same exact way I am now or have been . Every time I go out side in nature I feel the connection with the trees and the ground ; it’s hard to explain but it’s magical at times . But never knew the method to go by when trying to connect with the trees ! So thank you for sharing your wisdom , I also read in my oral deck that pouring your glass of water out on the ground or pulling a piece of your own hair ; And leaving it on the ground . As a offering of gratification pursue ! Which I thought to be very beautiful, realizing we really are one .

Great that you could feel powerful energy. And energy is just energy, not positive or negative. If something makes you uncomfortable, take care of yourself--and do a little inquiry into what might be going on...I've never met a tree that wasn't safe, if that's any reassurance.

Hi, I tried it a day ago before go to bed, I chose the Asoka tree which is grown just near by my house. But, one disappointing thing happened, there were sparrows staying on the tree every night, and since two days after I met that tree, I do not see or listen any sparrow on the tree, it seems they left that tree and move somewhere else, and I feel that happened because of me, I feel guilty now. :(
Usually we do not have the power to send sparrows away, & I doubt that was your intent!! Guilt is a heavy, dense energy that doesn't do you any good. let it go. (Another of my vids talks about releasing if you need help.)

How would you know if the answer is no, if the tree doesn’t want to complete the process?
you listen and use your intuition/feeling. They rarely say no. If you have any doubts, try another tree. It's fun!
This seems more of a unidirectional communication rather than bidirectional.
We cant just say hello and put our back on the tree, but we need to step away and wait to see if tree or any other plant or animals want to connect.
Asking for permission is the first step, as I mention. That's bidirectional, as is listening and thanking. Lili!

I was wondering how to be sure the tree is " ok" with it? Meaning how do I ask the tree and what would the response look like
In the video you see me putting my hands on the tree and blowing into it. This is when you ask, with words or in silence. Trees usually love the connection. If not, you'll feel the same resistant energy you would with a person. Then thank the tree and find another. You ask the tree, & listen. This may sound strange, but all these nature beings have sentience, & our indigenous relatives understand this. That's who I learned from. Usually trees are happy to connect.
Can you see and feel the energy tree a distance?
Sure if you have a strong relationship with the tree, Grace. It's like any other distance connection, needs nurturing! Some of us are better at in-person energetic feel than distance, its a matter of your propensity, skill, interest.
Can you lean against the tree with your chest?
I was taught to use my back--your assemblage point is just below your shoulderblades--and I encourage you to try what appeals to you, and listen for the response. Ask the tree!

Trust your gut instinct. I visit a tree in the park a couple times a month. At first I was very touchy feely with it but now I respect it and only touch it when I feel its okay.

Why does someone else's behavior drive you nuts? Let it go, and find your own tree, or some way to connect with the beautiful world around you besides destroying it.
