Thats exactly what happened at my lake today. Was catching off bottom then in the afternoon they were all suspended up high by 11am. Water was reaching 60 degrees here. I could see them all lifting of bottom from 25ft deep into the 10-15ft zone. But i didn’t target them up high. Still caught 6 fish deep. It was fun. Im going to follow the pattern. And try to fish higher up in the afternoon. And ill see what happens

Hey Tom been a big fan for many years now. Probably a better question for a boat dealer, but do you know if they make tillers where the floor pattern is flipped around? Love the idea of a tiller, but I'm left handed and like to work the rod with my left. I haven't seen any tillers like that, where you steer with your right so do you know if thats a thing?

Last year was the first time I stumbled across this pattern with walleyes and it is 100% my favorite way to catch ‘em. Cast along those grass edges, keep the bait above the grass and smoke em. But Tom, I absolutely LOVE the Berkley Stunna 112 and 112+1. It’s a “cheaper” jerk bait ($14.99) so you aren’t paying $25 for a mega bass. Love the shad fillet color. Smoked em last year on that bait. Great video like always! 👌🏼😎

The best thing you can do in my opinion is get a Megabass P5 110 stick or similar jerkbait rod. That rod helps deliver the perfect action and makes fishing jerkbaits all day so much more less fatiguing as well as being super fun to fight fish on. Love the jerkbait for walleyes.

@@whitehondarider22 I mean, I wouldn't necessarily categorize it as a "need" More of a want. I make out just fine but their is always room for improvement and who better to learn from then Tom Boley. The launch can be a stressful place for many many people, myself included. And seeing how a pro like Tom does it solo with a 20ft glass boat would be pretty beneficial to a lot of his video viewers IMO. But maybe he's like yourself and thinks it's a ridiculous request. Yes I can back up a trailer.
