@@chelcv I feel you there, I stop eating sometimes because of anxiety, and sometimes I can't take my vitamins either, so I get a rush when I stand up, because I'm so unhealthy. I'm not entirely educated on this, I'm just a victim of anxiety, but what I can confirm is that a therapist helps! If the eating gets so bad and you shut down completely, and isolate yourself constantly, you should definitely talk to a professional, and let your loved ones know what's going on, because keeping quiet never solves anything. It feels good to talk about it, and it helps to know, you're loved and you have support. If you can't turn to family, then definitely seek help professionally. When it happens at school, tell your teachers!! Don't ever bottle it up, ask if you can visit the nurse, or call home if it's severe. With food, take multi vitamins, and don't force yourself, but definitely try hard to get something down, like blueberries with honey, or some yogurt with granola. Take it slowly, and try breathing exercises, in through the nose for 4, out through the mouth for 8, and allow your mind to clear, and fill it back up with positive thoughts, such as this is just anxiety, I'm strong, and beautiful, and worthy, people love me and support me, and such, don't ever give in to the negative thoughts. You're not gonna die, you're not crazy, you're not stupid, that person doesn't think you're gross, that thing you did 2 years ago, no one cares about it, you're totally fine.
