@@krazy1259 Mentally meditation has been a great tool for me to be in a better headspace more consistently especially when negative things happen. And just make sure your enjoying your football practice as much as possible and have fun getting better everyday !
@@Yassinovic19 depends on you’re country so you’d need to check the law to be safe. Start drinking a small amount of you’re unsure about it and also to allow your body to get used to it before drinking 500ml or more per day.

Been wearing them for over 3 years now took a couple of months to get used to them but find them very comfortable now
