@@zephyr7237 well male Corrin is canonically a terrible parent but he is by no means a bad character(see all of heirs of fate especially the credits and how male Corrin can’t even bring himself to properly hug his daughter). He regrets his slaughter of hundreds if not thousands of innocents by choosing the safe and sure path. However he comes to terms with the fact that his choice is made and he must push onward for the good of all. His biggest character flaw is how headstrong he is not bothering to seek the truth or share it with those he loves. Unlike female Corrin he never really learns what Valla or Anakos are and what little crumbs of the truth he does find he entirely neglects to share not because of some curse but because he WANTS to shoulder this entire burden on his own. Female Corrin is actually the best of the 3 as she takes the harder path because she believes she can save more lives from within nohr. She is right and heavily mitigates the casualties of the war as an example birthright leaves the population of nohr gutted and starving while conquest leaves most of hoshido intact. She finds the truth and finds a way to share it to the nohrian royalty revealing the threat of anakos and his army. However, unbeknownst to Corrin they are already too late and the skies have already changed so while anakos is known and weakened he cannot be finished off. Still it is arguably the best of the 4 endings. Female Weirdly though Revelations Corrin is actually the worst of the bunch biting off more than they can chew awakening anakos’s true strength only to die to it with everyone s/he loves and in the process inviting the death of TRILLIONS to anakos as he attacks every world including successful revelation worlds if there are any and kills everyone. Also revelations, unbeknownst to Corrin, actually has really high civilian casualties compared to conquest due to nohr acting more forcibly and less covertly in order to strengthen Anakos’s army of the recently(ish) deceased. The kana’s are clearly the best bravest and most noble of the main lords though in spite of their childish nature. Also their choices undo great harm and ring about true peace and knowledge in the final world the only realm that actually exists. The final realm is a tad bit confusing but to put it simply Shigure’s guess that they will all go back to their own realms is wrong as their realms have been destroyed for good so one copy of everyone is brought back to life in the final world and the heirs of fate lose most but not all their memories as they are worth MORE than 1 life while shigure keeps all of his. The heirs of fate then meet each other in the final world with the two kanas remembering their friendship and meeting up by the lake and responding to when shigure says the password they all remember then (and this is the most important piece of evidence) Shigure then tells them the story of a realm he shall never forget, the story of the heirs of fate, and the final world lives in peace and prosperity for at least 2 generations although what happened to the now empty valla is left open to interpretation as revelation Corrin isn’t here to try and make a civilization out of it.

Yeah. Definitely had the same thought listening to the first premium arrange The second would likely be the whole cast returning from the first game, 3 Houses characters, and then fan/popularity picks. Just hope that if they do make a 2nd, to make sure that at least the base cast/original cast have different move sets from each other.
Well, we do know that the development team didn't like the cast as a whole, so if they make a sequel and actually get to pick characters people do like, we may end up with all the lords and Lysithea (why though), so still 74% swords, and I really want to see Leif added as a Master Knight with every single weapon type.

Hm, where could one find this remake of Don't Speak Her Name that you refer too? I've been looking for it for ages and I had high hopes clicking on this video but all I got was a lousy, overblown attempt as to why characters like Amelia from Sacred Stones and Donnel from Awakening are ever worth using in speedruns. It's a generally ubiquitous sentiment within the competitive speedrun Fire Emblem Community that such units are useless in that regard so I walk away feeling cheated and very disappointed that people would waste their time trying to argue over such stupid things... unless I could finally locate the remake of Don't Speak Her Name which does not exist in this video.

I've been playing these games since childhood and I still play them to this day. I listen to this song everyday, and I can't stop myself from humming to the remixes of new and old songs that I love so much. I've been looking for it for ages and I had high hopes clicking on this video but all I got was a lousy, overblown attempt as to why characters like Amelia from Sacred Stones and Donnel from Awakening are ever worth using in speedruns. It's a generally ubiquitous sentiment within the competitive speedrun Fire Emblem Community that such units are useless in that regard so I walk away feeling cheated and very disappointed that people would waste their time trying to argue over such stupid things... unless I could finally locate the remake of Don't Speak Her Name which does not exist in this video.
