Grainger is recruited from the position as head coach for Wales' women's National Team and has 10 years of experience working with the English FA.

Sounds promising from her. Norway has so many talented footballers in their women's NT. I really hope Gemma can guide them to success in the near future. First goal will be to win their playoff vs Croatia to stay in League A.

Norway's current WNT confuses me. If you look at the individual players, they should be regularly near the top of the rankings. Using the last Euros as an example, the team was embarrassingly unprepared and weak. I'm assuming this is a coaching problem, unless a part of it is a federation funding problem.

No she never. She's a decent manager. The Welsh national side aren't world beaters. Good luck to her. She's a class coach and has real good potential. Just watch her prove you wrong.
