As this beautiful prayer was musically adapted, it dives into its meaning. This song is usually accompanied when an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary is venerated. It is also played during a Funeral Mass, as the song is about pleasing for the Blessed Mother to intercede for the deceased.
The first clip was during the 73rd Parochial Fiesta Celebration of the Sto. Rosario Parish, which was presided by Msgr. Julius Rodulfa. The audio is also from this clip.
The second clip was during the 75th Parochial Fiesta Celebration of the same parish, which was presided by Archbishop Romulo Valles.
On different occasions, both of them venerated the image of the Lady of the Rosary. It is, in fact, a solemn moment, when we - the faithful - cast our fears, anxieties, hopes, joys, and pleas to our Blessed Mother, expecting that she will bring it to her Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
The third clip was during the Order of Christian Funeral for His Excellency, Most. Rev. Fernando Capalla, Archbishop Emeritus of Davao. It depicted the moment when the same song was sung.
Interestingly, in these three clips, the same choir, with the same song, accompanied these three separate moments.
May we strengthen our faith through the intercession of our Blessed Mother, as she will bring us closer to her Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
