Oh gosh, definitely glad I have Yaktrax! I had never used them before this year but had a feeling I’d need then in Canada, I have no doubt they stopped me from many spills. What was the temperature like that day? Was this back in March? Can’t wait for the next chapter!
Extremely expensive & I didn’t want to waste sightseeing time, so I made do with what I had. I was wearing Merrell hiking shoes, but what I really needed were a pair of ice cleats, which I couldn’t find anywhere 🤷♂️
