Amazing video. Only problem I’m having is I’m not receiving any of my notifications and on the screen when I open up the app and look at the sensors there are there, but it keeps prompting pairing failed.
And when I check my Bluetooth on my phone, it shows connected.
Would appreciate any help and advice that you can give me
I went to look back at the screen recording I took. The only setting I thought was odd was having to have my location turned on. That and Bluetooth enabled were the only two settings I had to enabled during setup. Otherwise, I wonder the gateway is faulty. Have you reached out to customer service with a request?
Thank you very much for your advice and reply when I ended up doing was removing the paired and repairing them that took care of the issue. Thanks again your videos are amazing. Keep up the great work

It appears that you paired the WiFi gateway with your personal cellular hotspot. Did you leave your phone near the gateway when you walked the quarter mile over to the airport? Otherwise the gateway would have gone offline and lost it's connection to the Internet. Thus the alert would have failed.
Fair question. My husband's phone was the hotspot. That was the "camera" filming as I was walking across the field with my camera and phone in hand. It stayed 2 feet away from the gateway for the 17 minutes the testing took.
Will this work if I have one system for my office and one for my home? 2 separate locations. Will they come on the same app?

How do you turn on push notifications?
Push notifications are enabled by default on the app. Under your account, navigate to settings and then notifications. The activity notifications are enabled on top. Here's were you can see it in the video: 2:30. Let me know if you have any other questions.
