you know when my boyfriend (now husband) asked me out for the first time I wore a very similar dress but purple and lavender color lipstick, i wore a scarf, my god my husband never saw or read this story before but when he saw me he said something incredible similar that Will said and i who actually watched this movie said "only you Christopher Velasquez will tell a woman how to wear a dress". we both laughed out load. its a beautiful moment i'll remember for the rest of my life.

I went to see this at the theater earlier today and let me tell you, it was 100% worth the price of admission! please don't let the mixed reviews this movie has been getting lately fool you into thinking it's going to be a bad movie. it's an extremely well acted, well written, and touching love story that needs to be seen on the big screen by anyone who is a fan of romantic movies. not to mention, amelia clarke is a very beautiful actress ❤

The only problem I had with this is ending because I am a disabled person I've never been able to walk I am in wheelchair all most all of the time I love my life the way it is I won't change anything
Auslly Love 1000 Good for you, but there is nothing wrong with the ending because that is the decision he made for HIMSELF. I haven't watched the movie yet but just finished the book, when Lou is on the quadriplegic forum many of them stress that they love their life and don't approve of ending their life. It was a decision that suited him, it isn't to be taken as anything more than that.
Jaejoong Kim finally, someone with common sense, everyone says this movie is abliest but I really don't think the the director or the author tried to offend anyone, it's just a really difficult ending to stomach and that may be hard for some disabled, I truly think people should keep living their lives

I don't know about the movie but if you read the book Will clearly explains why did he choose this path. Louisa wasn't enough for him. He loved the old "himself" he had been, his life, the adventures. He really loved all that. Even when Louisa tried to get him to Paris he said he wanted to go there but as the real him. He loved Louisa but he loved something more than just her that wasn't present, "him". We are all different even if we put people in a category. I truly respect you for choosing to live and love your life. And I pray God bless you and all of us.

Two COMPLETELY DIVERSE characters for Emilia! I still can't believe this is the same woman who plays Daenerys who rarely brings a smile to her face and here she is a burst of happiness. I just love her....
This was such an amazing bittersweet film. It was different and unpredictable when watching. I love seeing Emilia be more goofy, her laugh is adorable and seeing her not so serious. The exact opposite of her other roles. I love it. If I am in the mood for a major good cry, I put this movie on. Thanks for uploading.

I understand Louisa's character. She's quirky, unsure of herself, sees herself as unspecial. And by trying to help Will find the will to live she finds hers...
I'm not saying that Emilia Clarke doesn't understand Clark's personality she does however, for me, I see Emilia Clarke acting like Louisa instead of being Louisa. When you watch a great actor you can't see them acting, you forget you're watching a movie or a play. These are only trailers perhaps when the movie comes out I'll change my mind.

Hi, I'm a guy that usually watches high action films and I'm not big on love stories but I have to tell you I'm the one who fell in love with Emilia Clarke ! What an actress ! She is so convincing in her role and I love the emotion she portrays with those beautiful eyebrows ! An excellent film I give it a 10.

I saw the movie last night and I truly don't know what to say! I'm speechless. I read the book before seeing the movie which I recommend doing 100% because a lot is left out. But It was so breathtakingly beautiful. Witty, heart-filling and dreadfully sad all at the same time. I am now reading the sequel 'After You'. So far so good. It's different without Will though. :(

This is so beautiful and touching! When I read the book, I'll be honest, I hadn't read a book in a while that impressed and affeccted me so much! It was so deep, thrilling, touching, I was all in emotions. I can't wait for the movie - it seems so promising, there are so many details that are brought perfectly to us and what's more - the actors are perfectly fir for each other! The chemistry always plays the main part in visual impression. I can already feel I'll enjoy it very much!

I've posted before on previous trailers for this film how unrealistic the premise is, because "love scenarios" in the caretaker/care-ee situation never happen because of how difficult caretaking really is on a daily basis, and they're never as cute and bubbly as Emilia Clarke, and if they are, they're taken already. But my god, that part where they're talking and she's on his lap in the wheelchair...**sigh** That put tears in my eyes. That moment alone was beautiful.
