Hey thank you so much for the tutorial, not using this for embroidery but I am using ur technique you taught here to sew in feather accents onto faux fur for a raptor mask I'm making ❤
Your channel is so beautiful and very informative 😍 Could you do that technique on normal fabric, too? For example on a sleeve or something like that for a coat? I really enjoy watching your videos, they're also very calming.
Hi, I recently stumbled upon your videos and wanted to thank you for all the work you put in your detailed videos (especially the beginners series). Do you think it would be possible to embroider with peacock feathers?
Thank you so much! Yes, you can embroider with peacock feathers. Cut and trim them into the size you want and then use the exact same technique I showed in this feather tutorial. Wish you all the best in your projects😊❤️
This is the best tutorial for feathers, thank you! Can you provide tutorial for fabric manipating tambour hook skills ? If you can ,I'll be very grateful ! Bcoz in my country, there's no resources for tambour embroidery skills. 😅😅😅😅
Fabric manipulation with tambour? Sure ill put it on my list for future videos. I have a series for tambour embroidery for beginners in my channel if you haven’t seen it already 😊💕
Which thread is best to use for beaded tambour embroidery? I see in your shop you feature Gutermann (cotton and polyester) and Madeira? I was gonna buy Fil Au Chinois thread because others recommended it, but it seems harder to find. Do I need Fil Au Chinous, Gutermann or Madeira? Thank you so much!
You can use any thread for tambour embroidery, but yes Fil Au Chinois is the best quality as does not split. You can find Fil Au Chinois thread on Etsy. I have a link to some of my favourite embroidery shops in the description of this video.
You can either do it with a large embroidery frame/slate frame. Or if your going to do it with just a needle then you don’t need to frame up your fabric
❤ gorgeous ❤ I thought long ago about that feathers how to find them and where . Never know nam of them. Is beautiful work you sharing 🙏 thank you so much 🙏💞 How i can find that please....on Amazon ? Feature Guterman is that name ? Greetings from Florida

@@OlsjonaEmbroidery thank you so much! I am learning so much from your videos!
Beautiful tutorial! What size needle did you use on your tambour hook and does it matter? Thanks in advance.
Thank you!🥰 I use a size 70 hook. But for stitching feathers the size doesn’t matter. The size of the hook usually matter when doing beading
What if you wanted to do it on a larger section? I see you need to stretch the fabric here. Would you have to get a bigger hoop?
You can either do it with a large embroidery frame/slate frame. Or if your going to do it with just a needle then you don’t need to frame up your fabric
❤ gorgeous ❤
