Surprise! It's ANOTHER vlog at Wildcat's house for this year because...why not! I headed down to Tennessee to hang out with Wildcat, vlog a little bit of what we did and mostly just have a good time! I got to hang out with a puppy (she's adorable), see some fast cars and show off my dad bod in the pool. It's awesome.

the immune system strength stuff is very true, every single winter i walk out and plunge into snow or ice water... and just sit there and control my breathing for several minutes, it works very well
