How to delete and re-pair Bluetooth devices on the 2016 Honda Fit

This still worked with our 2019 Honda fit, in 2022. You'd think 6 years later they'd have better software! Thanks for this video. Such a roundabout way to delete a device!

This was so helpful! I wasted 30 min calling my phone provider who tried resetting my network, but when they couldn't help, I thought I'd have to bring my car to the Honda dealer. Your advice probably saved me a service fee and your simple instructions had my phone paired in 2 minutes. Plus I was able to delete 5 other unknown phones in my device list. Thank you so much!

Great video. This works well if you already maxed out the number of paired devices and want to remove several devices in order to pair new devices, such as after upgrading to new phones. Worked for me. Thanks

Yep. That's the problem we had, but the system gives you NO indication that you've maxed out devices or how to delete old ones.

I always have to look this up everytime for my work vehicle, which is Honda Fit, because I can never remember how to get to the menu that has the delete device option. Hiding phone setup where it can only be accessed by saying you don't want to connect a phone is so stupid.
