During your livestream, you did a Q&A at toward the end of your livestream and a concern in the chat was addressed about support emails not being read. I don’t have that problem. Instead, problems not getting WeCreat laser fix or replaced from the start. I've been dealing with a support representative by the name of Patrick. My concern is WeCreat has not been providing the support I needed from day one after receiving the unit. The WiFi has never worked. The laser doesn’t always engrave or cut where I designate it on the projects. Many times the autofocus will throw everything out of alignment regardless of whether the material is dead center on the grids. The power cord connection is too loose; if the unit moves even slightly, it will fall out. Let me correct one thing, Patrick has replied through emails in a timely manor, but it ends there.
I've been going back and forth with Patrick for some time now, and until this day, nothing has been resolved. In fact, I was blamed for certain issues, and I can't express how upset I am. I was also told to just use a USB Cable instead, which angered me. I paid just over $1,800 not to use a USB cable but to use the integrated WiFi. To me, being told to use a USB cable because the WiFi doesn't work is ignoring a problem with the laser. When I was told it is my fault the cord is loose because I may have moved the unit around, it further increased my disappointment with this company. From the moment I received the laser and addressed the WiFi concern, it went unanswered until I brought it up again. And it was at that point that I was told to use a USB cable. The bottom line is, I received a lemon, and it should have been replaced. I've been in IT for over 22+ years and have the experience to troubleshoot when needed. I didn’t lack the experience to try to solve a faulty unit. And it is just that, a faulty laser that should not have taken this long to get resolved.
Earlier today, I received another email from Patrick giving me a choice to continue with the communication or return the unit and receive a refund. Now, think about it, I can’t use the laser because it doesn’t laser where it should - it's hit and miss, the WiFi is completely useless, and the power cord is too loose to connect to the laser machine. What will our ongoing communications resolve? My response was to either replace the laser, and if not, refund me. The point I am making is there needs to be a better way to address any issues for a damaged product. No buyer should have to wait, be blamed, or go through outrageous processes. As I stated to Patrick, I trusted that WeCreat would stand behind their products and buyers too. That is why I invested this large sum of money into this company with the hopes that if anything goes wrong, they will back it up - period.
William Tang or Bill Sun should be aware what I been through. Either William Tang or Bill Son having this awareness may think about how to better service their clients. And maybe this may be a small incident, compared to other owners of WeCreat, but small or large it happen to me and it should be concern for this company to see it not to happen with any of their clients.
So, while watching your segment of this video showing how to laser really cool and unique things for Easter, all I could do was just watch the demonstration as my laser sits on my desk, useless. It would have been really cool if I too could have made some of those Easter items if my $1,800 laser was working!
