Don't worry usually some childrens speak around 3yrs my son too is of 2.7 now and he started speaking few sentences like mama kaa hua, ho on, common on & so on just see to it u must keep on speaking to ur child even if child is not yet started slowly child will get environment and Inshallah would try to speak show some pics and tell what's being called even in activity like when child needs water say them my baby needs water & keep repeating word water 2 to 3 times & then give it so child notice that its called water keep the child engaged with elder brother or sister bcoz kids afterall get motivated by their age grp or around there age grp children I hope my peace of advice may help u out Inshallah inshallah
