    I know its been said before, but I really enjoy watching your videos because you are very genuine and understand your faults but aren't afraid to admit to them. I find this is very helpful because many of us also make these mistakes, and we can learn from them. There aren't a lot of up-to-date instructional videos nowadays about badminton techniques, footwork, shots, etc. so it's great to have access to your videos. Your content is very refreshing because you are genuinely here to receive/give feedback on everything badminton. Keep it up man, and I look forward to watching more of your videos!

      Thanks for your kind words!! I’m definitely trying to talk about badminton through the way I see it, and I try to be self aware, as I know I’m not perfect and still have a lot to work on. Thanks for your support!

    Be careful with landing on the outside of the heel as it carries a risk of injury from slipping.
    If you follow up landing on your toes with high momentum, you can fracture bones or damage tissues in the ankle

    But in bach court during china jump or twist jump or whatsoever, i saw everyone fall down on toes not heal then toe. I think in front court heal then toe. While in back Court toe then heal? I am correct of wrong?

      @BadmintonwithJeffrey  5 років тому

      When you hit a cross shot and bring your elbow inward, it naturally brings the bird more towards the side/crosscourt. This is as opposed to just changing the angle of the racket to slice it. Honestly, it’s pretty hard to describe with words
