Scuttle Follows a Basketball!

SCUTTLE is a learning platform for the Mechatronics Engineering Technology Program at Texas A&M University.
The robot:
- Can be built for under $350 USD
- Has largely off-the-shelf hardware components
- Performs machine vision tasks with Python OpenCV
- Carries over 50 lbs of payload
- Detects obstacles in the forward direction using ultrasonic sensor.
- Measures Left and Right wheel movements as small as 2mm
