I think this topic was pretty interesting. As for what might be interesting... have you heard of the operations room channel? They animate battles and go very in depth. I think it might be interesting to do something similar but to add your classic macro level analysis. Basically to add commentary on specific and detailed battles.

Most aircraft were probably airborne at time of attack. Majority of missiles hitting ground were not targeted, deemed not a threat. Iran got some through, but minor ( from a military point) damage. Real question, what happens if Israel uses it missiles, and does Iran have any actual ability to stop them?
The round casings in the video are copper coloured, but the DBP 191 ammunition has specifically green coloured casings and the DBP 87 has dark brown coloured casings. This means the guys weren't shooting proper QBZ rounds in the video.
No way Israel left their best fighters on the ground when they had advanced knowledge of an incoming missile strike. I doubt they left any aircraft on the ground during this strike.

I live close to Nevatim air base and there hasn't been any noticeable decrease in air traffic. Not sure if that means anything or not, but it just seems normal here.

For all people claiming some bullshit that you are lying. There is satellite imagery showing all: nevatim, ovda and tel nof airbases. Ovda suffered one hit, on some sort of a service road. Nevatim suffered 2 hits on hangars(Most planes were in the air so probably none were destroyed) And tel nof suffered just 2 hits with one on a runway and one on a side of a taxi way. To summarize: All 3 bases suffered minor damage. Meanwhile there was just 2 hits in tel aviv, both landing on a bunch of trees on a roadside missing the Mossad HQ by like 300 meters.
i agree but i don't think this strike was serious either it was just iran proving that they can reach israel and go through it's missile defence systems that was the main goal. If the strike would have been more serious more serious damage would have been made.
@@hunterthompson6737 Well according to OSINT data Iran has around 110-200 launchers with some able to launch multiple ballistic missiles at one time. I believe that they of course did not use their whole missile arsenal, but reloading a launcher and deploying it can take hours, and sometimes days, meaning that they can probably launch ~300-350 missiles at one barrage, but that will mean that they put their whole missile launcher arsenal at risk.

( Surrounded by air defense, and have 24/7 air patrols ) Launchers can be very cheap compared building a missile so they can also build some decoys. Hi, Westbank dude here. Saw them with my own eyes and calculated the speed based on the videos I caught. The ones I caught on video were going towards Tel Aviv at about mach 6.5 so technically they are hypersonic. There even faster missiles that weren’t caught on video. But hey, maybe I’m wrong

Israel is a habitual liar so there is no point listening to a single word it says. However, US did provide Israel with early warning of an imminent missile attack, due to the fact that Iranian missiles are still using liquid fuel which takes a long time to prepare. With that said, Israel had plenty of time to disperse the planes or hide them in fortified hangars. Therefore, I highly doubt Iran's claim of 20 F35s destroyed, but there is definitely some minor damage both to the infrastructure of the airport and maybe a few planes, whether fighters or tankers.

For example, Israel's Jericho 2 ballistic missile has an accuracy of more than 500 meters. That's just as good, if not, worse than modern iranian ballistic missile.
And you have failed to mention that Jericho 1 isn’t used anymore, hasn’t for decades, since it’s a 1960’s era missile. They employ the Jericho 3 missile, which isn’t really used. Israel uses precision air strikes, as per western doctrine.
Also, this is just plain wrong. Trident II ICBM’s, which can travel to any point on earth, has an accuracy of 100m, and it’s not more accurate only because 100m is irrelevant when everything within a couple miles will be engulfed in nuclear fire.

However, US did provide Israel with early warning of an imminent missile attack, due to the fact that Iranian missiles are still using liquid fuel which takes a long time to prepare. With that said, Israel had plenty of time to disperse the planes or hide them in fortified hangars. Therefore, I highly doubt Iran's claim of 20 F35s destroyed, but there is definitely some minor damage both to the infrastructure of the airport and maybe a few planes, whether fighters or tankers.
