That’s actually not true. Jesus gave authority to all His disciples. At the Council of Jerusalem, if Peter was the head of the church then he should’ve overseen it instead it was James. Also, Jesus meant on Peter’s faith He would built His church not on Peter. There were 5 Patriarchates Jerusalem Antioch Constantinople Alexandria and Rome. Rome split from the other 4 patriarchates, dividing the church into western-Roman Catholic Church and eastern - Orthodox church. It then went on to introduce purgatory, the infallibility of the Pope, the immaculate conception of Mary, and the Filioque, the procession of the Holy Spirit from both the Father and the Son which was not taught by the early church or the Nicene Creed in its originality. From there we had the Protestant reformation further splitting the church into thousands of denominations.

In both Orthodoxy and Catholicism all the bishops and monastics are celibate. In the Eastern Catholic Churches married men can become priests but if their wives pass away before them they cannot remarry. Or they're single at their ordination into the priesthood they cannot get married. It's the same exact thing in the Orthodox Church. Why y'all go on and criticize the Catholic Church over celibate clergy when y'all also have celibate clergy is beyond me. That's a double standard, amigo. As long as itt is a unity in truth i.e everyone is Orthodox, then it is good, otherwise you are mixing gold (truth) with coppar (heresy).
The priest is an ecumenist heretic. Just because Christ said we should be one doesn't mean Orthodox should give up the true faith for the heresy of the papacy and heresy of the filioque. Would Christ also want us to unite with Arians? After all, it would be unity right?

Name one early church council that says the pope is infallible on faith and morals when universally teaching. There's not one. I love all of humanity but Jesus only left authority to St. Peter over His kingdom on earth. And only gave the Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus founded the Holy Roman Church. Therefore anyone that preaches a different doctrine than the Roman Catholic Church is preaching a false doctrine. It says this in black and white how can ppl not see this. It’s cuz ppl want to have God to bend to their truth. When actually even though we may not understand or even like the way God does something just know He does all things in love. We are to learn His ways which have been protected by the Holy Spirit for over 2000 in the Roman Catholic Church. Remember a kingdom divided can not stand. That’s actually not true. Jesus gave authority to all His disciples. At the Council of Jerusalem, if Peter was the head of the church then he should’ve overseen it instead it was James. Also, Jesus meant on Peter’s faith He would built His church not on Peter. There were 5 Patriarchates Jerusalem Antioch Constantinople Alexandria and Rome. Rome split from the other 4 patriarchates, dividing the church into western-Roman Catholic Church and eastern - Orthodox church. It then went on to introduce purgatory, the infallibility of the Pope, the immaculate conception of Mary, and the Filioque, the procession of the Holy Spirit from both the Father and the Son which was not taught by the early church or the Nicene Creed in its originality. From there we had the Protestant reformation further splitting the church into thousands of denominations.

The word for rock in Hebrew is Petra translation Peter. So the also all of the other things you mentioned again you need to learn history. Papal Supremacy, Papal Infallibility, The Filioque, Absolute Divine Simplicity, Created Grace Doctrine, natural theology, scholasticism, Original sin, sacred heart doctrine, Immaculate conception, Purgatory, Merits/Indulgences, evolution of Dogma,imaginative prayer, "beatific vision" etc
Then the Forced Celibacy of Priests, The use of Unleavened Bread in the Eucharist, The Adoption and change of the Christian calendar, The use of Renaissance statues, Pews, Child Communion, improper non immersion baptism, Cardinals, and differences in liturgical practices (Alter tables, Iconostasis, priest positioning etc)
all of those things, we say the Western Church adopted and innovated and became heretical when they adopted these things.
And we say that in the early church NONE of these things existed, there is no evidence of these things.
No examples of Papal Infallibility, No examples of merits/indulgences, and no examples of unleavened wafer bread, and such.
In fact in the west, In Rome. It looked a lot similar to how we Orthodox exist today. Our priests can get married, we use Icons and not statues, we use the old calendar etc

We are not the same Religion, we do not have the same faith, and anyone who looks into either religions genuinely will see how different we are.
In both Orthodoxy and Catholicism all the bishops and monastics are celibate. In the Eastern Catholic Churches married men can become priests but if their wives pass away before them they cannot remarry. Or they're single at their ordination into the priesthood they cannot get married. It's the same exact thing in the Orthodox Church. Why y'all go on and criticize the Catholic Church over celibate clergy when y'all also have celibate clergy is beyond me. That's a double standard, amigo.
In addition both East and West, Orthodox and Catholic Churches have innovated and evolved liturgy and Liturgical and other practices. For example, nobody practices the Agape Feasts anymore, even though those were practiced during the first century or so. Communion on the hand was common and accepted too, even in the Council of Trullo. Nothing on this earth stays exactly the same forever. Just because something is a little bit different doesn't mean it's eViL or whatever nonsense.
