" I WANT TO USE IT ALL" you should have a t-shirt made with skeins of yarn on it because that's the best saying I've ever heard 😅😅😅😅....

I agree with you. You bought the yarn for your enjoyment! Why would you want to give it away or sell
it? People have such a sense of entitlement. Many people give away or do mystery bags when they use the term ”stash busting” Pay them no mind. Bless you on your busting journey!❤ Enjoy it. I, for 1, am so impressed with your productivity with your blankets, afghans, and the like! I am in awe!

glad you are tackling the stash. please please please consider donations of those old wips to animal or family shelters. share your gifts. so many would love to cuddle with your big squares or blankets. move it out and share your light. no sense piling it up forever- share it and make room for the next batch. i guarantee you- it will feel fantastic to know the love your hard work will provide in the universe.

Ginger, great video. I’m not a granny square person unless it’s a continuous granny but seeing yours has inspired me, they’re just lovely and not a hodgepodge of everything.
Please, please enjoy ALL your yarn no matter what you do/don’t with them. These ppl that hide behind their keyboards sending thinking they’re entitled to tell others what to do, sure rub me the wrong way. Your yarn, doesn’t matter how you came by it, it’s yours so enjoy every skein, ball, cake or hank to the fullest. Can’t wait for another video.

Stash-busting is such an interesting experience. It's not wrong to sell or donate AND it's not wrong to want to keep and use it all yourself. What in my opinion is wrong, is people telling you how to destash your stash. You do have a lot of yarn and you're going to have a lot of fun crocheting it!

I appreciate you having the stamina to actually use the yarn you have instead of bragging like the rest of the channels that hoard the yarn! I would leave the beige border with the red border, put another color with it to finish how you want. All of your makes are gorgeous!! Keep up the great work!! 🙏🏻❤️

I have a pattern for a baby blanket that uses a double border. When you don’t know the gender of the baby, or not sure of a feature color, make the basic blanket in a neutral color, then all you need to do is add the contrast color in the contrast color.

Hi, I am Sandy from Cincinnati. I have to say I am amazed at how many granny squares you have. Grannies are my very favorite thing to make. I had just discovered that many people do not do a single chain between clusters in order to get a more solid look. I’ve been doing that, in the grannies that are meant for children or babies, and I find that I like it.
I do like your lemon squares. They look great, and I want to learn how to make them.
You showed were really nice, but I will be sticking with my shorter, tulips and clovers. Plus, I love my lemonade, nitpick radiance. I have very small hands, so the big clothes are just too uncomfortable for me to use. But they are pretty.
Thanks for showing us all those lovely, granny, blankets, and your process of playing with yarn. Kind of goes. I live in a very small, one bedroom apartment, so bases limited. I am in the process of finding a new home for some of my yarn, so that I can buy new yarn that I like a whole lot better. I was glad to hear you say that you like red Heart yarn, because so many people put it down. There is a very good reason that it is the most popular yarn in America. I have found that it has gotten softer over the years, and once the item is washed and dried, I used dryer sheets, the item is always so nice and soft and squishy. I especially love the stripes. The colors are wonderful.

I get it! Actually, I was never confused. Of course, you want to use your yarn. That's why you purchased it. Lots of time and thought and money went in to selecting that yarn. Why would you give it away or sell it? The joy comes with making something with it, THEN giving away the item. I did one of those destashes, and I regretted it. Your Granny blankets are beautiful! You are an artist! Why would you give away your supplies? Love everything you showed today.

It's great you have a lot of yarn, but I'm sorry when I see your yarn stash and work in progress it looks like you don't finish anything you start. That is overwhelming and I think it's affecting your creativity. All of those bags full of unfinished projects are signs of disorganization. I don't know if you are able to answer questions, so if not, that's okay. First of all your scrapghans/granny square afghans are the most beautiful I have ever seen. 2 Questions: (1) I think you might have answered this, I wasn't sure since you were talking about baskets at the time. Do you combine fibers when doing the scrapghans? ie, wool scraps with cotton scraps with acrylic, etc. -- If not, how strict are you about keeping separate, what about blends? (2) Do you lay out squares before you start sewing or just start picking them up out of the basket full of grannies? I ask because the blankets seem to be random, but at the same time work so well, I can't believe that would be a result of chance! LOL. Thanks so much for sharing. I imagine it makes you vulnerable to the critics but I say, it's your house, your work, and no one can say you aren't producing amazing things! So I hope you can tune out negativity and continue doing you. ☺

Using your yarn is stash busting , I opted to sell some cause unfortunately I don’t have a lot of time to crochet

Do you have tutorial on making the blanket?

Does that granny blanket HAVE to have picots?
Why make more work for yourself? It looks fine as-is, and without the picot detail, lets all the work on the grannies be the star of the show.

Unless YOU wnat to sell or give away your yarn, keep it and stash bust the way YOU want to.
I would only get rid of any yarn that I no longer wanted to work with.
