My favorite thing to add to spicy yakisoba is Ketchup it gives it a nice sweet tomato kick!

The ichiran noodles are great, I have the ones that come in the cardboard box, but it's very expensive to import, about 50,000 yen for a box of 5.

See until I started watching UA-cam videos on Asian cuisine, I had never heard of corn chowder here in Texas in the United States. We have clam chowder yes but corn chowder? I mean it sounds good and it sounds like it should be here, but maybe it’s up north in the states? I’ll look into it.

If you ever find super spicy foods like that again....add cheese (then melt it) and mayo to the noodles! It brings the spice levels down loads!!
