pretty sure it's just a thing about bringing pets from different countries. im not from the us so idk what the regulations are but ik that at least in some countries you basically have to quarantine ur pets if u like "import" them from overseas:)
I personally think half or less than half she did not predict it and it was just either she remembered it and wrote something about it or it was just a coincidence.
